Do I need an appointment?

Yes, just on Saturdays because it’s our busiest day of the week, and so that we can reserve your dressing room and provide you the best service possible. Appointments are one and a half hours long.

We encourage you to stop by any time during our weekday business hours where you can browse at your leisure. While we don’t require appointments during the week, you can schedule one if you wish so we can be expecting you!

What is the price range of your dresses?

We truly have something for every one.  We have a diverse selection of wedding dress styles that range in price from $500 to $6500.
We can help you find the right designers for your style and price point.  Prices vary on style, design and fabric.

Our bridal party dresses range from $150-$275.
Don’t fret if all your girls are spread across the country.  We have online instructions and an ordering form.

When should I order my wedding dress?

We recommend that you order your wedding dress at least 6-9 months before your wedding. Our designers’ dresses generally take about 4 months to 5 months to come in. You will want to leave time to accessorize and get your alterations.

What if my wedding is less than six months away?!

Most of our designers can accommodate rush orders so don’t fret! (Rush fees may apply.)
Call or come in and we can discuss what you are looking for, and we will do our very best to meet your needs.

When should I order my bridesmaids dresses?

We recommend that you order your bridesmaids dresses at least 5 months before the wedding to allow for shipping and alterations.
Bridesmaids dresses generally take about 12-14 weeks to come in to our store.

*Our designers can often times accommodate rush orders, but we strongly encourage you not to wait until the last minute, as this can cause unnecessary stress and rush fees.

What do I need/can I to bring with me to an appointment?

• Bring a strapless bra, appropriate undergarments and shoes that are about the heel height that you plan to wear on the big day.
• Don’t forget your camera! We allow pictures to be taken so you can remember all your favorite dresses.
• A trusted friend or family member that knows your style is always helpful too but if they can’t make it we are more than happy to offer suggestions and help you on your search.
• Please try to limit your guests to 4 or less on Saturdays. We are happy to accommodate larger parties during the week. Open late Thursday nights until 8 PM.
•  Got kiddos? We encourage you to find a loving sitter.  The more we can concentrate on the bride and her needs the better!
• We cannot allow pets unless they are service animals.
• Champagne/Prosecco, White Wine, Water etc. are just fine. Leave the red wine and colored drinks in the car.

What about alterations?

We work with Austin’s finest bridal alteration specialists. They have their own studios and their services are separate from Unbridaled.
They would love to take care of all your alteration needs.

What is a Trunk Show?

A Trunk Show is an opportunity for us to showcase a designer for the weekend. This is a great time to see your favorite designer’s complete current collection. During Trunk Shows there is usually a promotion on orders placed and sometimes you get to meet the designer of your dress! Check out who is coming next

What is a Sample Sale?

A Sample Sale is a great way to get a dress when you are working on a budget or a time constraint. These are dresses that have been floor samples and are offered to you at 50%-90% off! Be on the lookout, as Sample Sales happen only three times a year. Make an appointment for the next one
