Do I need an appointment?
Yes, just on Saturdays because it’s our busiest day of the week, and so that we can reserve your dressing room and provide you the best service possible. Appointments are one hour long, on the hour; beginning at 10 AM and the last appointment time is at 4 PM.

We encourage you to stop by any time during our weekday business hours where you can browse at your leisure.  While we don’t require appointments during the week, you can schedule one if you wish. 

What is the price range of your dresses?
We have a diverse selection of wedding dress styles that range in price from $300 to $4,000. 

Our bridal party dresses range from $150-$320.

We offer a 10% discount of bridal parties of three or more ordering from the same designer.

When should I order my wedding dress?
We recommend that you order your wedding dress at least 6-8 months before your wedding. Our designers generally take approximately 4 months to come in.  Then you’ll need time to accessorize and get your dress altered if necessary.

What if my wedding is less than six months away?!?!
Most of our designers can accommodate rush orders so don’t fret! (Rush charges will apply.)

Call or come in and we can discuss what you are looking for, and we will do our very best to meet your needs.

When should I order my bridesmaids dresses?
Bridesmaids dresses generally take about 12-14 weeks to come in to our store.  We recommend that you order your bridesmaids dresses at least 5 months before the wedding to allow for shipping and alterations.

Our designers can often times accommodate rush orders, but we strongly encourage you not to wait until the last minute, as this can cause unnecessary stress and rush charges.

What do I need to bring with me to an appointment?
Bring a strapless bra, appropriate undergarments and shoes that are about the heel height that you plan to wear on the big day.

And don’t forget your camera!  We allow pictures to be taken so you can remember all your favorite dresses.

A trusted friend or family member that knows your style is always helpful too but if they can’t make it we are more than happy to offer suggestions and help you on your search.

Please limit parties to 4 or less on Saturdays.  We are happy to accommodate larger parties during the week.  We have kids too and love them but it’s easier to shop without little ones scurrying about.

What about alterations?
We work exclusively with one of Austin’s finest bridal alteration specialist.  She works in her own studio or can meet you at Unbridaled to go over your needs.
